Median Price for Single-Family Homes Fell

The median price for single-family homes in San Diego County fell 1.7% to $575,000 in October from the month before. The year-over-year appreciation was up 4.5%. This is the seventh month in a row that year-over-year gains have been in the single-digits.
Home sales were down 18.5% from the month before. Inventory also declined, dropping 2.3%.

The time it takes to sell a home increased by five days in October to 57.

The median condo price gained 2.4% to $389,000 from September and was up 3.4% year-over-year.

Condo sales also fell, dropping 22.6%, month-over-month. Condo inventory was up 0.2%.
