Today is Wednesday March 8th ( already!!) If you believe the newspapers, the real estate market is in for a huge crash!! But...There goal is to sell papers. Realistically , here in San Diego, the buyers have an opportunity that they haven't had in several years. Lots of inventory, lower prices ( on some inventory - bargains can be found!) and low interest rates.

The rates have been creeping up over the past few weeks and the concept of a "bubble burst" or a "hard landing" have all but disappeared. Now is a great time to buy and probably one of the best times to buy we will see for several years.

On a personal note, My Team achieved Prudential's chairmanship Circle award for the third straight year. This puts us in the top 4% of all Prudential agents nationwide. We are still not doing any "cold" telemarking - it is our belief that this is an invasion of privacy and besides. I hate getting those calls.
