Today is Wednesday March 8th ( already!!) If you believe the newspapers, the real estate market is in for a huge crash!! But...There goal is to sell papers. Realistically , here in San Diego, the buyers have an opportunity that they haven't had in several years. Lots of inventory, lower prices ( on some inventory - bargains can be found!) and low interest rates.

The rates have been creeping up over the past few weeks and the concept of a "bubble burst" or a "hard landing" have all but disappeared. Now is a great time to buy and probably one of the best times to buy we will see for several years.

On a personal note, My Team achieved Prudential's chairmanship Circle award for the third straight year. This puts us in the top 4% of all Prudential agents nationwide. We are still not doing any "cold" telemarking - it is our belief that this is an invasion of privacy and besides. I hate getting those calls. Our business is built on personal relationships and referrals. We take very good care of our clients so that they are extremely comfortable recommending us to their friends and colleagues.
