At A StandStill - Prices are holding their own right now and there is a sense that things will pick up. Inventory is still on the higher side and interest rates are on a slow creeping path upwards. If your looking to buy, there are some deals to be found. Sellers can get their properties sold quickly if they price it right, otherwise things are sitting around for a while.
